Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to presentation standards. Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Assist in training new staff members on service protocols and menu knowledge.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. A passion for providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for guests. Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
