We are a new luxury lodge and event venue resort and are recruiting our summer 2025 team. You may have previously worked as a waiter/waitress or bar person or you may have no experience but have a great attitude and are a quick leaner looking for a new adventure.
You need to be smiley, hard working and confident working in a customer facing role.
This is a great opportunity to take on a seasonal job, you may have just finished university or you may have been made redundant or reached retirement but don't want to retire.... or in fact, you may have been doing something entirely different but you are keen to embrace the challenge of something new.
You will need to genuinely enjoy working with people and understand the importance of friendly and efficient customer service and need to be a team player, working hands on as part of our small team.
We pride ourselves on the high standard of our service and lodges and our team ensure they meet our customers expectations everytime.
Previous experience in Bar and Waiting is preferred.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude
Take accurate drink orders using the point-of-sale system
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Barn, including clearing tables for guests
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests
Requirements
Previous experience in a bar, restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
Strong understanding of food safety practices and procedures
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a positive attitude
Experience in culinary or kitchen roles is an advantage but not essential
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
