Job Summary
18+ Only as working behind a bar - Training will be provided.
We are looking for a dedicated Server to join our team in providing excellent customer service in a bar, restaurant and event setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Working behind a bar serving drinks and making cocktails.
Skills
- Proficiency in basic maths for order taking and bill calculations
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Culinary skills or familiarity with kitchen operations is beneficial
- Ability to provide excellent guest services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour
