Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service and attention to detail. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using basic maths skills to ensure correct billing. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils, to uphold our hospitality standards. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt service.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations is advantageous. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
