Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated Bar and Waiting Staff to join our team at Highgrove House Hotel. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for all our guests.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information when requested
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with our standards
- Upsell additional items or specials to enhance the dining experience

Requirements

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is advantageous but not required as full training will be given on site.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
