Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to bar patrons
- Take and serve drink orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and beverage service regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of bar supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing exceptional guest services
