As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding hospitality and ensure that all guests feel welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organised dining area. Your ability to manage time effectively and upsell menu items will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation meets quality standards Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance guest experience through upselling Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to hygiene regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous Basic math skills for handling transactions and order calculations Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to serving and kitchen operations

Pay: 12.21-12.62 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
