Duties
Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Implement effective time management strategies to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential, with a focus on food preparation and guest services.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
Basic maths skills for managing cash handling and transactions effectively.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
A passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow within the hospitality industry.
