Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen interest in beverages, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations on drinks and food pairings Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol Assist in restocking supplies as needed and manage inventory levels Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders Uphold health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Knowledge of various drink recipes and cocktail preparation is advantageous Must be able to work well under pressure in a busy environment A valid personal licence for serving alcohol is desirable but not mandatory

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
