Bar Staff

We are currently looking to hire a Bar Assistant at Paddington Sports Club to join our close-knit team. We are a Sports Club in the heart of Maida Vale, with fitness, tennis, squash, bowls facilities and Club House. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team on a full-time basis.

Hours & Shift Patterns:Part Time



Combination of weekday and weekend shifts

Main Responsibilities:



Adhere to the bar's customer service standards for the preparation and service of beverages, dealing with customers and private events. Be responsible for ensuring, during your shift, that you never allow the sale of alcohol to any person under the age of 18 and that all persons looking 21 or under are asked for legal ID Ensure you are aware of, and enforcing, legal regulations on the sale of alcohol Provide a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction Ensure that any customer complaints and compliments during your shift, are referred to a Supervisor or Manager straight away.

General requirements



Manage your own workload effectively. Be committed to, and actively involved in, excellent customer service and best practices Undertake any other tasks as deemed appropriate by the Line Manager Previous experience as a Bartender/ Bar Assistant
Salary: 13.15 per hour

Pay: Up to 13.15 per hour
