Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a Bar Staff member, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons while delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to queries. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible serving of alcohol. Assist in setting up and closing down the bar as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for customer service. Basic knowledge of drink preparation techniques is advantageous but not mandatory. Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
