Bar Back - Join Our High-Energy Bar Team
We're looking for a reliable and hard-working Bar Back to support our bartenders and help deliver an incredible guest experience. This is a fast-paced, full-on role with long shifts (around 14 hours), so stamina and a solid work ethic are essential.
What you'll do
Keep the bar stocked with ice, glassware, and essential supplies Clear, wash, and organise glassware throughout service Support bartenders with running drinks and maintaining clean stations Assist with cooking and prepping our Neapolitan brunch pizzas Help with setup before opening and a thorough close at the end of the night
What we're looking for
Must be 18+ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Comfortable working in a busy environment for long shifts Reliable team player with strong communication skills
