Job Description

Following the opening of our new outside seating area, we are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our dynamic team at our flagship venue - Three Wise Monkeys, Colchester.

In this role, you will support bartenders and ensure the smooth operation of our bars, stocking up and maintaining the bar area, cleaning and resetting tables, collecting glasses and maintaining the cleanliness of the customer spaces, contributing to an outstanding guest experience and ensuring that our guests always have a pleasant environment to enjoy.

Responsibilities

Assist bartenders with drink preparation and service during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and seating areas. Restock supplies and manage inventory to ensure availability of products. Communicate effectively with team members to enhance service efficiency. Help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Basic knowledge of bartending practices is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent attention to detail
