The Role

As a Barback, you will:


Support the bar team in delivering seamless and efficient service. Prepare and restock bar stations with ice, glassware, garnishes, and spirits. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar throughout service. Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and cellar management. Collect and polish glassware to ensure bar readiness at all times. Work closely with bartenders and managers to anticipate needs during busy periods.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture.


You will have:


Some experience in hospitality or F&B environments (preferred, not essential). A proactive and reliable work ethic. A strong team-focused attitude and willingness to learn. Good organisation skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina to manage stock, deliveries, and fast-paced shifts. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights.

Key Responsibilities

Restock and organise bar stations before, during, and after service.


Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating deliveries.


Maintain bar cleanliness, including floors, counters, and back-of-house areas. Support bartenders with ice, garnishes, glassware, and product prep. Collect empty glassware and return polished items to service. Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols.
