Duties
Assist bartenders with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed to ensure smooth service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Replenish stock of beverages, garnishes, and supplies throughout service periods.
Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Help set up the bar before service and break it down after service.
Support customer service efforts by providing assistance as required, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.
Experience
Previous experience in a hospitality role, particularly in restaurants or hotels, is advantageous but not essential.
A strong willingness to learn about bartending techniques and beverage preparation is highly valued.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Familiarity with food preparation processes is beneficial for assisting in kitchen duties.
