We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team and ensure exceptional service in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily bar activities while fostering a positive and efficient work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling waste. Supervise and train bar staff, providing guidance on customer service and product knowledge. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service, enhancing the overall guest experience. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction. Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.

Skills

Proven supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and production techniques. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively. Background in hospitality with a focus on customer service excellence. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster teamwork. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Previous experience as a barista is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
