Job Description

We're currently looking to add some Full and Part time - Time bar and floor staff to our team here at The Newman Arms in Fitzrovia during the xmas season. We're on the hunt for a Front of House hero to join our small, close knit team and help us revive this beautiful historic pub and a great pub garden. You'll have a real love for hospitality and enjoy a mix of bar and floor shifts in a high paced environment. Some bar/restaurant experience is desirable but full training and support will be provided.

Main responsibilities include;

-Greeting and seating guests: You're the first face our guests see and set the tone for the visit, we need someone friendly, approachable and eager to help.

- Bar service: Pouring perfect pints, serving up simple cocktails and mixed drinks. We're looking for someone who takes pride in presenting our products in the best way possible.

-Table Service/Drinks running- Taking orders from tables, building rapport with guests and helping us make The Newman Arms stand out as a top destination for great food, drinks and service.

-Food Preparation: Light food prep duties for pub snacks such as sausage rolls and pies. Clean presentation and awareness of food safety.

The role is Full-time 25 - 35 hours per week over the xmas period
