Job Summary

We're looking for a passionate In-Store Trainer (IST) to develop our team and uphold the high standards that make Red Door legendary. If you love hospitality, have a talent for training, and know how to shake up incredible drinks, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead structured training sessions for new and existing bar staff. Coach team members on cocktail-making techniques, speed of service, and product knowledge. Ensure all bartenders meet and maintain our service and quality standards. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and ongoing support. Assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and responsible alcohol service. Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously improve training materials. Work closely with management to support team development and succession planning.
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role or strong leadership skills within a bar setting. A deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar service techniques (essential). A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people. The ability to run shifts effectively and manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Confidence in upselling products and driving sales. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
