Experienced Bar Manager required

Up to 34,000 per year

THE ROLE

What are we looking for :

- Minimum 2 years management experience in a hospitality/bar setting

- Strong sense of initiative

- To be able to manage a team effectively

- Create an exciting environment for our guests to enjoy their time with us

- A good understanding of controllable costs that impact the business and know how to manage effectively

- Enforce and implement the companies health & safety and food safety procedures

- Passion and drive in your own career

Responsibilities

- Management of the day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Oversee food and drink preparation, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor bar staff on best practices for bartending, and customer service.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and handle any customer concerns or complaints effectively.
