We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. Duties

Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operations. Train and mentor staff in serving techniques, hospitality standards, and barista skills as needed. Develop and implement creative drink menus while maintaining quality control over all beverages served. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas. Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly to enhance the overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a bar or restaurant environment. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Previous experience in hospitality. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
