Bar managers required for Boardmasters Festival, 8-10th of August
We're looking for experienced
Bar Managers with a personal licence
to run our bars this event. With this vibrant event, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.As Bar Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient service across at your bar during each event. You'll manage a team, coordinate stock and supplies for your area, ensure compliance with licensing laws, and help deliver an outstanding experience for thousands of guests.
Please note this is a camping event.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee your allocated bar's operation Manage, brief, train and motivate bar staff Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations Handle stock control and bar setup/breakdown Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service Work closely with event and site management teams
Requirements:
Proven bar management experience (event/festival experience is a plus)
Personal license is essential
