We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bar staff, ensuring high standards of food safety and preparation, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of our beverages and food offerings while fostering a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring efficient operation during service hours. Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Maintain inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Develop and implement training programs for bartenders staff to enhance skills in bartending, food preparation, and customer service. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to health regulations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.

Skills

Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams within a restaurant or bar environment. Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, beverage offerings, and food safety practices. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Proficient in food production processes, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently. Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other departments to achieve operational goals. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers alike.
