Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic Bar Manager or someone looking to develop in to the roll to join our friendly team at a much-loved family-run pub just moments from Kilburn High Road Station. This is a fantastic live-in role with a spacious double room above the pub with a large communal balcony space, perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their hospitality career - with no commute and plenty of perks.

The role:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the bar Lead, train and motivate a small, close-knit team Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere Stock control, ordering, and supplier management Cash handling and end-of-day reporting Maintain health & safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance Working with the in-house marketing team to help promote the business to the local community.

What we're looking for:

Previous bar or pub management experience Confident, organised, and calm under pressure Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Passionate about great drinks, good food, and community spirit Open to interest from people with no previous bar manager experience, but who are ambitious to learn and develop into the role Ideal - someone who is keen to put their own input and ideas to building a vision of a true community pub

Details:

Approx. 40 hours per week 28,000 salary + tips
