What we require from you:

At least 3 years experience in hospitality MANAGEMENT At least 2 years experience in a GM ROLE. Proficient in stock management budgeting, P&L control, and venue marketing Must have a want to push marketing and advertising flexible working hours Eligible to work long, full-time hours All applicants must have Previous Experience and Great Customer Service Skills. Service standards Operational Delivery Communication Structure Event Planning Experience managing food/drink Guest obsessed, always aiming to exceed customer expectations Must keep workplace clean and tidy Committed to training and developing a team Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment A 'can do' attitude and ability to work on own initiative An outgoing and friendly personality Be a creative and forward thinking individual that will drive the business forward
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 38,000.00-42,000.00 per year
