The Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced

Bar Manager

to lead our beverage team and oversee all aspects of the bar operation. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for a professional with deep knowledge of cocktails, fine wines, and luxury hospitality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and manage the bar team to deliver exceptional service and maintain brand standards Oversee cocktail design and execution, with a focus on quality, presentation, and creativity Develop and maintain the wine and spirits list in collaboration with the sommelier and senior leadership Manage bar inventory, ordering, cost control, and compliance with licensing regulations Provide regular training and development for bar staff to elevate knowledge and service delivery Ensure seamless collaboration with the floor team and kitchen to enhance the overall guest experience Maintain an impeccably clean and organised bar environment at all times

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a high-end restaurant, bar, or luxury hotel Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, premium spirits, and global wines Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing a high-performing team Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence in every drink served Confident, professional demeanour with excellent communication skills A natural host who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
