Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill is conveniently tucked away in upmarket Marylebone, located in the heart of London's West End, featuring views over the charming gardens of Portman Square. With 440 sophisticated guestrooms including 50 suites, plus 11 distinctive meeting spaces, the hotel offers a full range of services tailored to serve the needs of business and leisure travellers alike. Dining options include seasonal dishes and Afternoon Tea at The Montagu Kitchen and snacks and cocktails at award-winning Churchill Bar & Terrace.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Bar Manager role

Lead the daily operations of The Churchill Bar and full operations of the beverage logistics of the hotel, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience Manage and develop the bar team through effective training, performance management, and leadership Oversee the creation and maintenance of a distinctive beverage programme, aligned with current trends and brand standards Monitor inventory, control costs, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure operational efficiency and product quality Ensure full compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies Collaborate with relevant departments to support promotional activities, events, and initiatives that enhance guest engagement and drive revenue

You bring proven experience in managing a premium bar environment, with a strong focus on operational excellence and team leadership. You are confident in driving commercial performance while maintaining high standards of service and presentation. With solid industry knowledge and a creative approach to beverage development, you are committed to delivering memorable guest experiences and fostering a culture of growth and accountability within your team.
