The Role - Bar Manager

We're looking for a passionate and creative

Bar Manager

to take ownership of the bar at Delamina EAST.
This is a hands-on role in a

small, high-quality bar

, where you'll be leading by example, managing a

barback and an additional bartender

during busy services.

As

Bar Manager

, you'll be responsible for cocktail development, bar operations, and delivering memorable guest experiences. You'll have the independence to shape the bar's identity while maintaining consistency and professionalism in line with Delamina's brand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily bar operations and ensure smooth service. Create, cost, and update a

bespoke cocktail list

inspired by Eastern Mediterranean flavours. Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships. Maintain excellent hygiene, health & safety, and licensing compliance. Train, motivate, and support the bar team. Collaborate with the management team to enhance guest experience and drive sales.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a

Bar Manager

,

Head Bartender

, or strong

Supervisor

in a quality restaurant or cocktail bar. Creative mixology skills and passion for innovation. Confident working

independently

and managing a small team. Organised, reliable, and service-driven --

no egos, just great hospitality.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

What We Offer

40,000-43,000 per annum (including Tronc)
