Job Description
Are you a people person with a passion for great service and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for an enthusiastic Bar & Off Licence Supervisor to support our daily operations
What You'll Do:
Deliver first-class customer service in both the bar and off licence.
Support the Manager with the day-to-day running of the business.
Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring high standards are maintained.
Assist with stock control, cash handling, and maintaining accurate records.
Take responsibility for opening and closing.
Lead by example and foster a positive, team-focused environment.
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in hospitality or retail - preferably in a bar or off licence setting.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take guidance from the Manager.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
