As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for billing and change.
Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting environment for patrons.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in beverage preparation and service.
