Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including regular cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces and equipment Handle food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks, assembling bar snacks, and assisting with light food service when needed Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate cash handling and order processing

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bar settings is essential, a personal licence preferable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cashiering tasks Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and patrons Ability to perform cleaning duties diligently to maintain hygiene standards in the bar area Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible beverage service practices is desirable Previous bartending or serving experience in banquet or hospitality a must
