Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and providing correct change Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts Engage with guests to create a friendly and lively atmosphere Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently, including proper handling of alcohol and glassware

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality, preferably within a bar setting Knowledge of safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and friendliness Good organisational skills to keep the bar area tidy and stocked effectively Personal qualities such as reliability, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills
