Job Summary
MINIMUM 5 YRS EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
We are seeking a skilled Bartender (preferably 23+ but not essential) to join our vibrant team at a busy local bar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent time management skills, people skills and organisational skills in bartending and the ability to think outside the box.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
-ability to work under pressure mainly on your own and as part of a team
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Assist in restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
-Opening up and locking up premises
Skills
- Proficiency in basic maths for handling payments and making change
- Strong hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Effective time management to handle multiple tasks during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices (training provided)
- Experience in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
