Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages. Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately while providing recommendations when needed. Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times. Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, maintaining accurate records of sales. Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area at the start and end of shifts.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service. Excellent serving skills with a friendly and approachable manner. Effective time management to prioritise tasks during busy hours. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Good organisational skills to keep the bar area tidy and stocked. Strong communication skills to engage with customers professionally.
This role covers a variety of shift patterns.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
