Job Summary
We have a position for an enthusiastic,

EXPERIENCED

, Bar Person to join our team in our busy Vale village pub. We need cover for four to five days a week which includes weekends. There will be some split shifts and some straight shifts. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth day to day operation of the bar and food service ensuring that high standards are maintained, excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Own transport is needed as public transport in the area is not very reliable.

Duties
- Maintain our high standard of cleanliness and tidiness of the bar areas
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to make every guest's visit a memorable one.
- Handle cash transactions and till operations accurately
- Restock bar inventory as needed
- Assist in opening and closing duties

Experience
- Experience in a similar pub setting
- Bartending knowledge and skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment and on your own
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Hospitality-focused approach to customer service

-Basic knowledge of beer cellar practices and duties.
