We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers in a lively hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right applicant. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic team dedicated to delivering memorable customer experiences.

Duties

Serve drinks and beverages accurately and efficiently to customers at the bar and tables Take orders and provide friendly, attentive service to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing laws Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with accuracy Restock bar supplies as needed, including glasses, garnishes, and beverages Assist in setting up and clearing tables during busy periods Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring customer behaviour and managing intoxication levels Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or serving roles is desirable but not essential as training will be provided Good understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Ability to work effectively under pressure in a lively environment Friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
