Role Description
The Bar Project Manager is a fixed?term specialist role responsible for leading the planning, development and coordination of bar operations across Live Nation's 2026 festivals and outdoor event portfolio. This role is being introduced specifically to drive forward pre?season readiness across all bar workstreams -- with a particular focus on shaping and delivering our new strategic partnership with our beer and cider partner for the 2026 across the entire UK business.
The Bar Project Manager will ensure that all bar concepts, product ranges, operational plans, supply chain structures, data requirements and partner deliverables are fully developed, aligned and "event?ready" by early summer. This is an ideal role for someone with significant event bars experience, strong operator/supplier management capability, and a passion for building scalable, efficient bar programmes for large?format events.
