We're Hiring - Bar Manager

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and motivated

Bar Manager

to lead our bar team in a

busy hotel

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the bar Lead, train, and motivate the bar team Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards Manage stock control, ordering, and stock takes Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations Handle cash, tills, and end-of-day procedures Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bar Supervisor Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods Knowledge of licensing laws and bar operations
