Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages and food items in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience through effective upselling techniques. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills

Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a bar or kitchen setting. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience in food preparation and serving is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and create a friendly atmosphere.
