Bar & Retail Supervisor

We are committed to building up a strong reputation for exceptional drink and the best customer service and are looking for an supervisor to work with us on this mission. The role will primarily be evening and weekend work (minimum of 20 hours a week) but extra hours are available to cover holidays.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a great team player, host, and customer service focused. They should be friendly with a naturally warm personality and confident. Above all they should have a passion for working with fine wine and high-end premium spirits. Someone who loves the hospitality of bars and passionately cares about being a part of the local community.
Package:
Salary from 12.45 per hour depending on experience

In order to be considered, applicants must:
Be an experienced bartender with supervisory experience
Possess excellent wines & spirits knowledge (preferred but training will be provided)
Strive to always maintain and exceed customer expectations
Have a great front of house presence.
. Be available to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage bar and retail operations, ensuring smooth functioning. Utilize supervising experience to lead and guide team members effectively. Oversee retail management, sales, and merchandising activities. Utilize bartending skills to provide support during peak hours. Implement leadership and communication skills to motivate and engage staff. Maintain high standards of customer service and uphold company policies.
