Duties

Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations to uphold food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to all safety regulations. Handle payments accurately using basic math skills for cash transactions.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in serving roles. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly rapport with guests.
