Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a lively bar environment, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Previous hospitality experience is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. Duties

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly to customers Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the till system Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout shifts Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times Restock bar supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance the guest experience Assist in setting up for events or functions as required Monitor customer behaviour to promote responsible drinking and safety

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Basic maths skills for handling payments and giving correct change Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods A personable attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as needed
