Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All positions are paid, including internships, ensuring valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

Duties

Serve drinks and food efficiently and courteously to customers Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the till system Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout shifts Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere Assist in setting up and clearing tables during busy periods Follow all health and safety procedures diligently

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional attitude Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required by the business schedule
