Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with food preparation as needed, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Perform basic maths calculations for drink recipes and inventory management.

Skills

Strong understanding of food safety practices within a kitchen or restaurant environment. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest services and enhance customer satisfaction. Basic culinary skills to assist with food preparation when required. Familiarity with hospitality principles and practices is advantageous. Basic maths skills for accurate order taking and inventory tracking.
