Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively bar environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, possess good organisational skills, and be able to work efficiently during busy periods. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. All positions are paid, including internships.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks and food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol licensing regulations Assist in preparing garnishes and maintaining stock levels Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods using good time management skills

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous but not mandatory Strong understanding of responsible alcohol service Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional attitude Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during peak hours Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Ability to work well within a team and on your own, and adapt to changing priorities A personable nature with strong communication skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during peak hours as required
