We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers with precision and care.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Handle cash transactions and operate the till, demonstrating basic math skills for accurate billing.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, reporting any shortages to management.
Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain efficient service.
Requirements
Previous experience in a bar setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Basic math skills for processing payments accurately.
A proactive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration within the bar staff team.
