Responsibilities
Serve drinks efficiently and accurately to customers in accordance with standard procedures.
Take orders and handle cash or card transactions with precision.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels.
Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance customer experience.
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation of the venue.
Uphold health and safety standards in line with company policies.
Skills
Proven experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role is desirable.
Age requirements 20+
Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional manner.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Strong time management to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
