Overview

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering the Replay experience. Whether you are serving drinks, hosting a game night, or managing events, you will be at the forefront of creating a unique and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enthusiastic about games, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with guests, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their experience. Handle cash and card transactions accurately while adhering to company policies. Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering supplies when necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Uphold health and safety regulations, including responsible serving practices. Running regular and one off game nights and socials Assisting with event arrangements

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment Strong passion for board games and entertainment Willingness to expand knowledge about board games Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues. A proactive attitude towards guest services and a willingness to learn new skills. Smiley, friendly personality Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment or keeping engaged with tasks in quiet times Event or hospitality management experience is advantageous but not mandatory; we value teamwork and collaboration.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
