Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure the bar is well-equipped at all times. Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all patrons.

Experience

Previous experience in a bar or bartending role is required; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Strong time management skills are necessary to handle busy shifts effectively. A basic understanding of food safety practices is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition are vital for providing outstanding customer service. A genuine interest in the hospitality industry will set you apart as a candidate.
