Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, ensure the smooth operation of the bar area, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. All positions are paid, including internships, with a focus on fostering a positive and engaging experience for both staff and customers.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks efficiently and accurately to customers in a timely manner Take orders and provide recommendations on beverages and menu items Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management Engage with customers to enhance their experience and promote a friendly atmosphere Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and patrons

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately Strong time management abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Good organisational skills to keep the bar area tidy and well-stocked Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers A personable attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
