We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers and responding to their needs. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils. Upsell drinks and menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.

Skills

Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong guest services skills to create a positive experience for patrons. Experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is advantageous. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices. Understanding of food safety regulations to maintain hygiene standards. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Ability to upsell products confidently while assisting guests.
